Here are some of the characters from our story: Legolas ( from Lord of the Rings fame) & our bigger boy is Indigo Mantoya ( YOu killed my father - prepare to die!) . Legolas is a lop and Indigo Mantoya is a Dutch. Yay for bunnies!

Barry & Michelle Patterson. I have to tell you about our friends Barry and Michelle. They are so incredibly, insanely, gifted. They both have voices like Budd-a ( not to get confused with Buddha ) and can play well, & don't get me started on their gritty, no holds barred lyrics! You must listen to them! They are starting a new project &I'm gonna help them with the art aspect.

Colorado & Ravencrest

Every year we go to to Colorado. We work with Ravencrest Bible College. Dan does construction type things and I teach on the importance of living an ArtLife ( That's the name of our non-profit).

WE hang with some of our longest best friends Clint & Esther.  We hike, fish, pray, & play.

How to get free alfalfa for your bunnies

So if you only have a couple of bunnies you wont need a whole bale of alfalfa. You also dont want to buy those super expensive bags at the pet store! Go to your local feed store to get your food. Its cheaper. Then since you are supporting them, nicely ask them if you can collect the extra alfalfa that falls out of the bales. There is usually 6 to 8 inches on the floor around them!

Our gallery

Our gallery is in an old historic theatre in a beautiful, old, neighborhood. Because of this, we can't touch the walls or lighting.

This was a very large challenge but we were ready to meet it and made our own walls and lighting that we use for our shows. I will show you how to do it, as well.

One of the workshops we offer is on opening a gallery. We cover: hanging art,  advertisement,  finances, gathering artists, and using ingenuity in your shows.

We get lots of help from our artist friends. This is one of our favorite artists and humans- Enrique Gutierrez putting together an easel.

This is Sarah Taylor. The girl not only paints but is a wonderful photographer, and songwriter!

Oxford with Miriam & Jez

We've been to Oxford before but it was as a tourist. This time it was as a local.Miriam Jones You Tube

Let me tell you abt. Jez & Miriam. She is an amazing songwriter. Very gifted at creating a picture and a lovely voice as well. He is a musician and i mean, if he touches an instrument he excels at it. He is a composer as well. We first got to know them when they came to play our house. It was love @ first sight. We stayed up late talking and did so for a couple of days!

They are our kind of people! Unique, insightful, minds and creative souls....

They live downtown Oxford. Here we are @ Eagle & Child. Its where the "Inklings" would hang out. The Inklings were a group of like minded brilliants who got together to challenge and support each other. ( Included was Tolkien, C.S. Lewis,  among others).

The locals know it as "The Bird & Baby".

I feel Jez & Miriam are that for us. What a refreshing time! Here we are with their band. They were preparing to play a huge show, on stage with other greats like Eric Clapton....

Of course we had to picnic @ Christ Church. Home of Alice & Wonderland. She is my daughters favorites, & one of mine as well. Lewis Carol ( pen name) was the Dean of Christ Church and told Alice stories which she asked Him to write down. The rest is history.

 Some people know it as where much of Harry Potter took place.

We also got to see ( again) the Church where Shakespeare dedicated his god daughter. I will add a link so you can check out our friends music!
